Our secluded guesthouse/bed and breakfast- with its swimming-pool- is located in a rural and peaceful setting. Right in the vine region of the Côtes Roannaises, a ten minutes’ drive from Roanne, and an hour away from Lyon, our newly restored farmhouse standing on a large garden surrounded by hilly grounds offers pleasant bed and breakfast rooms/guestrooms and an independent 44sqm suite.
Our guesthouse has two ground floor bedrooms, one, called The Cows and the other, called The Rabbits. Both are comfortable, have a private entrance, an en suite bathroom and toilets. Each has a television as well as a small terrace where you can relax on deck-chairs.
In the guest area, there is dining-room and a kitchenette, and on the mezzanine floor, there is a reading room with a grand piano as well as a telescope to enjoy the star-studded sky at night.
Situated in an independent house, our 44 sq m apartment called The Hens has a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with a television, a small safe, an en suite bathroom with shower and separate toilets and a porch where you can have your meals.
